Refund & Cancellation Policy

KWC CareGiving SVC LLC provides non-medical home care services that are scheduled in advance. Because caregiver time is reserved specifically for each client, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled caregiving services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time.

Refund Eligibility

Payments for services canceled within the required notice period may be refunded or credited.
Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a partial charge due to caregiver scheduling and staffing commitments.
